Parent-Teacher-Student Conference Day
Tuesday, December 9, 2025 – No School for students
Our Parent–Teacher–Student Conference Day is an important opportunity for families and educators to come together in support of student learning. These conversations help ensure every student is on track, supported, and working toward clear goals for the year.
Conferences will take place in two formats to give families flexibility:
Virtual Conferences on Microsoft Teams (By Appointment)
- Teams Virtual Conference: 1:30–3:00 p.m.
- Families will be able to schedule a 10-minute virtual meeting with their student’s teachers during this window. Information about how to sign up for virtual conferences will be shared soon. Students are encouraged to attend alongside their families.
In-Person Conferences (Drop-In Format)
- In Person Conference: 4:00–7:30 p.m.
- Teachers will be available across designated spaces on campus. Families and students are welcome to drop in at any time during the in-person window. These conversations focus on progress, classroom experiences, and the supports students may need as we move into the second half of the year.
Conference Day is an important chance to:
- Understand how your student is progressing academically
- Discuss strengths and areas for growth
- Ask questions and learn how to support learning at home
- Strengthen the partnership between students, families, and teachers
We look forward to seeing you on December 9, 2025 and working together to support every student’s success.
