Student ID Requirements

Student IDs play a vital role in maintaining a secure campus. To ensure that everyone on campus is easily identifiable, we have implemented the following procedures. ~ In partnership, Principal Hart

• Photo Days: Make-up date on Oct. 18.
  • Wearing IDs: All students and staff are asked to always wear their IDs while on campus. This is a key part of our safety measures, and we appreciate your help in reminding your student of this responsibility.

Picture Day Make Up

Garfield is welcoming back Yuen Lui Studio for a Make-Up Photo Day on Oct. 18 to take students’ portrait photos for use in 2024-25 ID Cards and the school yearbook, The Arrow. The photos are also available for purchase.

What to Know, and How to Order Pictures

• Photos will be taken in the Commons during school hours, schedule to be announced to students.
• No hats or sunglasses may be worn in pictures.
• Students will choose one favorite out of three shots.
• ID cards will be distributed to students 7-10 days later.
• No advance registration or forms are needed. See below if you wish to order copies of the photos for your own use.

Pre-Ordering Photos

Families can pre-order photos for your own use, on the Yuen Lui website. Photos will be available for online viewing using the student’s school ID number one week after the Picture Day.

• Print orders will be mailed directly to students’ homes within three weeks after the picture day.
• Digital orders will be sent via email from the email: imagequix@noreply.com within three weeks after the picture day (use imagequix@noreply.comto search your inbox/spam folders).
