Families with students entering GHS in 2026-27, save the date!
The Welcome to Garfield Open House was held on Wednesday, August 26, from 6:00–8:00 p.m. in the Quincy Jones Auditorium.
No registration was required, just show up. Please tell your friends!
We’re excited to welcome our newest Bulldogs to Garfield! This evening is designed to help students and families feel more confident, informed, connected and ready for a strong start to the school year. The first day of school is on Wednesday, Sept 2, 2026.
Students and families will have the chance to:
- Meet Garfield’s administrative team and key support staff.
- Learn about academic programs, student services, and extracurricular opportunities.
- Tour the building with current students serving as guides.
Whether you’re joining Garfield from a feeder middle school or transferring in from elsewhere, this event is a great way to get to know the school community. No registration is required. Thank you to all that were able to attend.
