The Welcome to Garfield Open House will be held on Wednesday, August 26, from 6:00–8:00 p.m. in the Quincy Jones Auditorium.
No registration required, just show up. Please tell your friends!
We’re excited to welcome our newest Bulldogs to Garfield! This evening is designed to help students and families feel more confident, informed, connected and ready for a strong start to the school year. The first day of school is on Wednesday, Sept 2, 2026.
Students and families will have the chance to:
- Meet Garfield’s administrative team and key support staff.
- Learn about academic programs, student services, and extracurricular opportunities.
- Tour the building with current students serving as guides.
Whether you’re joining Garfield from a feeder middle school or transferring in from elsewhere, this event is a great way to get to know the school community. No registration is required. We look forward to seeing you there.
