GHS Curriculum Night Overview

Join us for Curriculum Night on Thursday, October 8, 2026 from 6:30 – 8:30 p.m. This event offers an excellent opportunity to follow your student’s class schedule, meet their teachers, and learn about the curricula and expectations for each class. 

Please bring or access your student’s schedule before the event, from your student or from the Source as you will follow their daily classes throughout the evening.

Know Before You Go – Tips From the PTSA!

• Before arriving on Thursday, parents/guardians should get their student’s schedule from The Source or from your student. (Directions for setting up and logging into The Source are available on the SPS website.)
• Write the schedule.
• Driving to GHS? Parking can be challenging, so leave extra time. Tip: Try the diagonal spaces on 25th Avenue.
• Part of the fun is navigating the confusing hallways of the main building. Maps will be handed out.
• Go to the Garfield Commons to say hi to GHS Counselors, other GHS staff and representatives of community partner organizations.
