  • 988 Lifeline – Provides 24/7, free and confidential support for people in distress, prevention and crisis support.
  • Harborview Assault and Trauma Center, who work with students impacted by trauma, contact 206-744-1600.
  • Additional community resources are available on the Seattle Public Schools Mental Health Services department webpage.
