    Tuesdays & Thursdays until November 14th
    3:45-5:00p.m.

    Practice Schedule:
    Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri; 3:45-6:30 p.m., Wed; 2:45-5:30p.m., Sat; 9:00-11:00a.m.

    Bring water bottle, recovery snack and wear running shoes, sweat shirt and sweat pants. Mouth guard required.
