    To register to play a sport at Garfield High School, please follow the required four(4) steps below and bring originals of completed and signed forms, along with proof of ASB (sticker on ID or receipt from www.SchoolPay.com) to the Athletics Department, Room 122. Students may only turn in forms before school, during break, lunch, or after school.  GO BULLDOGS! 

    Spring Registration Window:  Tuesday, May 8th -Friday, June 8th, 2018

    Fall Registration Window:  Monday, July 9th - Wednesday, September 26th, 2018

    Registration packets will not be accepted if forms are incomplete and/or student has a fine.

    Step 1: General Athletic Forms (All six (6) items in the list are required.)

    Step 2: Sport Specific Forms (required)    

      Step 3: Purchase ASB Sticker and Clear All Fines (required)

      To purchase ASB and/or clear fines visit www.SchoolPay.com.  Bring ID with ASB sticker or receipt from www.SchoolPay.com, when turning in paperwork.

        Cross Enrollment Information (for non Garfield students)

        Step 1:  Make sure student resides in Garfield's attendance area by utilizing Address Lookup Tool.

        Step 2:  Admission form (English) PLEASE MAKE SURE TO MARK THE BOX "FOR ATHLETICS ONLY"

        Step 3:  Please email Leslie Hurd (lahurd@seattleschools.org) after completing the enrollment information and uploading all supporting documents. We will notify you once we receive confirmation that the cross-enrollment has been completed.
