    To register to play a sport at Garfield High School, please follow the four (4) required steps under "Athletic Registration Paperwork."

    Winter Sport Registration Window coming in late October


    Athletic Registration Paperwork

    Bring original, completed and signed documents, along with proof of ASB for the 2018-19 school year (receipt from www.SchoolPay.com or Fiscal Specialist, Leslie Hurd) to the Athletic Secretary in Room 122.  Students may turn in forms before school, during morning break, lunch, or after school.   GO BULLDOGS!

    Step 1:  General Athletic Forms (All six (6) items in the list are required.)

    Step 2: Sport Specific Forms (required)

    Step 3: Purchase ASB in the for 2018-19 school year and Clear All Fines (required)

    To purchase ASB and/or clear fines visit Ms. Hurd, Fiscal Specialist in the Main Office or pay online at www.SchoolPay.com.  If paying through www.SchoolPay.com you must bring a copy of your receipt along with your school ID and get the ASB Sticker (in the Main Office).  

    Step 4: Parent/Guardian Information Sheets (required reading)

    Step 5: Bring your completed Registration packet and ID card (with ASB sticker) to the Athletic Office, Room 120.  

    Registration packets will not be accepted if forms are incomplete, ASB for 2018-19 has not been purchased, and/or student has a fine.  

    Note:  Incomplete packets are not accepted.


    Additional Forms (if needed)

      Cross Enrollment Information (Three (3) required steps for non Garfield students.)

      Step 1: Make sure student resides in Garfield's attendance area by utilizing Address Lookup Tool.

      Step 2:  Admission Form ("New Student Registration") PLEASE MAKE SURE TO  MARK THE BOX "FOR ATHLETICS ONLY."

      Step 3:  Please email Athletic Director, Carole Lynch (calynch) after completing the enrollment information and uploading all supporting documents.  We will notify you once we receive confirmation that the Cross-Enrollment has been completed.
