    Practice Schedule:
    Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri at 3:50p.m.
    Wednesdays at 2:50p.m.
    Saturday at 9:00a.m.

    Meet in the Gym Foyer for attendance and announcements before going out to the track.  Practices are held daily, including during inclement weather

    Bring lock, appropriate running shoes, (no basketball or vans), wear athletic attire (e.g. t-shirt, shorts, sweatshirt, sweatpants, jacket (weather appropriate), water bottle and a snack for after practice.
