    Practice Schedule:
    Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri; 4:00-6:30 p.m., Wed; 3:00-5:30 p.m., Sat; 8:30 a.m.-11:00

    Bring water bottle, good running shoes, sweats, and a recovery snack.
